1920s Dress - WOW OH WOW! This 1920s dress is just purely splendid! The style and design is quite awesome. A one piece slip-on with a snap in camisole. The deep collar is covered in velvet and has a matching velvet waist bow. The dress has two front drapes that make the dress of softest silk look very feminine. This was considered an 'afternoon' or 'country club' outfit. Camisole has a tan background with black and gold threaded checks. Sleeves are cuffed. In excellent condition for it's age and does have a few professional places where it has been mended on the side seam and the front bow has been re-sewn. The hemline has been let out to it's original length. The camisole does have 1 very light small stain and does show light wear to the fabric. The front velvet bow does show some wear to the fabric. One of the charms of the clothing of the 1920's is it's sculptured quality and purity of line which is very apparent in this dress. Wonderful collectors item! See details below:
