If hats are your thing than you will love this one! Black velvet 1940's beret is by "El Rita" and is in excellent condition. Very flattering style and can be worn in many ways, you can perch it above your curls or wear tilted forward. Fully lined and has headband to keep it snugly on your head in spite of winds.
