Oriental motif silk vintage smoking jacket. It has that shark skin appearance as it is blue with green highlights. Beautiful gold oriental brocade motifs. Measurements are C-48", sleeve length of 23", shoulder to shoulder-19" with an overall length of 35". It does have on the bottom near the hem to streaks. Maybe permanent or would come out with a good dry cleaning but can't guarantee that. However it truly is not that noticeable and is a beautiful smoking jacket. Would fit a X-Large.
