This is such a neat 1950s full circle skirt by Rosecrest New York. The skirt is made of a heavy cotton with a built in petticoat. The fabric is a black and white check with velveteen flower stems. Wonderful colors! Absolutely a lovely skirt. It is in excellent condition. Closes with a side metal closure and buttons at the velvet waistband.
