Lovely early 1940s Hat. Chiffon with velvet flowers and a big back bow which is sure to make a lasting impression. It has grace, style and elegance. This hat is to be worn at the very front of the crown dipping on to the forehead. Hat has (2) inside clips to hold it in place. Label reads Berman-Wachman. It is in excellent condition.
