This is one of the most striking dresses I have seen from the late 60s. It has a bold matching belt and button down front. It is pleated all around the bottom. Label reads Toni Todd. The red, black and white colors are very vivid. Easy care polyester fabric and it looks like it just came off the rack. It is in excellent condition.
