I find this an amazing hat... not only because it's beautiful and in Excellent condition with only slight wear, but look at this 1930s time piece. It is rare to find such a beauty as this. This hat is blue velvet with blue ostrich feathers. The label reads A Frenchy Design. Cute pin on velvet rose in the front with matching blue velvet back ribbons.
