What a smashing 1960s jacket by Heiser. That wonderful pull tie collar is a stunning addition. Big black double breasted buttons which adds a spirited accent. This is such a cute jacket and is fully lined. Snaps at the neck and bottom for that perfect fit. Bracelet length sleeves. It is in excellent condition.
