Oh how the "sun will shine in" in this groovy 60's crocheted outfit. This mod three piece outfit has an open vest that can either be worn with the mini-skirt or the long skirt. The long skirt has a diamond weave with an adjustable yarn tie. Check out the fringed bottom. Mini-skirt has a tighter weave with adjustable tie, tasseled at the ends. Skirts will fit around the waist comfortably up to 32" and be snugged as small as you like.
