Vintage 1960s formal swing dress and oh what a spectacular dress! The top part of the dress is done in black sequins with ruffled balloon sleeves, and the skirt part of the dress has three layered ruffles with netting underneath each ruffle. There is a large rosette that is sewn on the side of the dress for ornamentation and zips up the back.
